Position:  Product and Marketing Development Manager

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the assigned products within the company

• Develop and execute new product line road maps and product strategy

• Manage new product line pricing

• Improve new product line profitability and grow sales

• Own the new product line sales forecasts (S&OP process)

• Identify new product developments and product improvements

• Track market trends (including market share), technology trends, and competitive issues

• Develop the technical content for sales tools and collateral for new products

• Create and manage business plan for new products

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing with advanced degree or MBA preferred

• 3+ years Product Management and/or 7+ years Marketing experience in a technical company

• International sales and marketing experience desired

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; AutoCAD, and SolidWorks experience a plus

• Knowledge of ERP/MRP and configurator systems is a plus

• Experience working with complex, engineered product lines

• Experience with capital goods equipment

• Proven experience in Customer and Market driven research

• Experience in Hydraulic and Pneumatic equipment

• Relevant product and industry knowledge 

Metrics

• Product line sales growth for new products

• Product line profitability for new products

• Market share of new products

• Sales forecast accuracy

• Product development achievement of targets

Position: Part-Time Custodian

We are looking for a responsible custodian to maintain and protect our facilities. The appearance of a building reflects on the occupants. It is important for a custodian to be careful and thorough in working, cleaning and tidying the premises.The ideal candidate will be experienced in a custodian role focused on building upkeep. A keen eye for detail and diligence are also imperative in custodial maintenance jobs.

Position: Quality/Safety Manager

This position directs the activities of both Quality and Safety:

Quality - Directly responsible for quality activities and certifications for facility.

Safety - Manage all Safety related issues and coordinate all Safety training.

Quality - Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: 

  • Duties will include but not be limited to the following:
  • Directly responsible for quality activities and certifications for facility.
  • Maintains internal audit functions to meet the requirements of ISO9001:2015 standards as well as all customer specific requirements.
  • Coordinates quality system activities with manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, sales, marketing, service and suppliers.
  • Analyzes defect data, facilitates root cause identification, prioritizes and leads corrective action program to maximize rate of process improvement.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating QMS Manual, (policies, procedures, work instructions).
  • Monitor risk management activities.
  • Serve as Management Representative during certification audits
  • Works as member of facility management team to accomplish collective objectives.
  • Perform Receiving, In-Process, and Final Inspection of components and finished product to ensure product quality.
  • Gage Calibration
  • Generates Monthly Staff Reports – DMR’s, Supplier Issue, Part Number Issues, Warranty Trends, First Piece Yield, with associated trends
  • Document Control/Retention
  • Generating/creating procedures/work instructions, as required.
  • Document daily Non-Conforming Product – DMR’s, RMA.s, Corrective Actions,

Safety - Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • This position will include but not be limited to the following:
  • Chair Safety Committee.
  • Maintain Safety Policies and Procedures.
  • Routinely walk through facility monitoring that Safety equipment is being utilized and looking for any safety hazards.
  • Keep up-to-date on OSHA and IOSHA Standards.
  • Schedule and/or perform Safety Training as required.
  • Complete Government and Internal Reports as required.
  • Complete and submit reports for Workers Compensation:
  • Track and schedule pulmonary function studies and respirator physicals for employees as required.
  • Maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
  • Prepare Safety Violation Disciplinary notices.
  • Travel as required to attend Safety Training.
  • Other duties and responsibilities assigned.
